1. How fast will the restaurant deliver my orders?
1Fasbite requires that you place your order at least thirty (30) minutes in advance because most restaurants require at least thirty minutes of wait time. However, the wait time really depends on many factors such as the size of your order, the food type, the distance of your delivery address from the restaurant, etc. If your order does not arrive at your expected time, please contact the restaurant immediately. 2. How well in advance should I place my request for pick up, dine in or catering?
We recommend placing your pick up order or dining in requests at least thirty minutes in advance (this is also a 1Fastbite system requirement). However, the wait time may be longer depending on the size of your order, how long your food needs to be cooked, how busy the restaurant is, etc.

For catering requests, we recommend at least one day in advance notice (1Fasbite system require only thirty minutes advance notice). Again, this depends on the size of your order and how big the party is.

3. What do I do if I need to make changes to my submitted order?

4. How do I cancel my order?

5. How do I know that the restaurant received my order?
One indication that the restaurant received your order is if the ‘Submitted’ status changed. The ‘Submitted’ status can change to any different statuses such as ‘Opened for Printing’, Acknowledged’, ’Pending’, ’In the Kitchen’, etc.

6. What do I do if I don’t hear from the restaurant on the time I specified?
Make sure to check the status of your order under the “View All Orders” menu option. If the status does not change from ‘Submitted’ after thirty minutes, then immediately contact the restaurant directly. The restaurant’s contact info is listed on the banner of their 1Fastbite web page.

7. What information do you ask when I sign up?
When you sign up with 1Fasbite, the system will ask you to enter a valid email address and password. The information will be used as your login credentials. You will also be asked for your name and phone number. These are necessary information that we send to the restaurants so they can contact you directly about your orders.

During sign up, you may also enter a delivery address, as well as credit card information. These are optional information that you can re-use when submitting orders to restaurants.

9. How do you handle the security of my information?
We use Starfield Technologies SSL Certificates to protect certain types of sensitive information such as financial information. When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial information, we redirect visitors to a secure server and will notify visitors through a pop-up screen on our site. In addition, we have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misues or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
