1. How much will the restaurant pay for using 1Fastbite online ordering system?
We currently offer a promotion for restaurants to use 1Fastbite for free. This promotion ends on October 31, 2010.

2. How do we get notified of new orders?
There are three ways that restaurants can be notified of new orders from the customers – beeping sound (alarm) from the browser where the admin is logged in, via text messages, or via email. Any or all of these can be configured under the “Notification Setup” tab of the Restaurant Profile.

3. Who do we contact when we have a problem with the system?
For any problems with the 1Fastbite system you can either email us at support@1fastbite.com or call us at (781) 475-7649. However, if there are problems with the orders that the customers submitted, you must contact the customers directly. Customers’ email addresses and phone numbers are sent along with their orders.

4. Can we contact our customers directly?
Yes. You can contact your customers directly regarding the orders they have submitted to your restaurants. Customers who submit orders to your restaurants provide their email addresses and phone numbers.

5. How do we let our customers know that we are closed for the day or the hour?
By updating the “Services” tab of the Restaurant Profile, your customers will know your hours of operations. This information is displayed to the customers under the “Service Hours” menu option. The information is also used to filter the times that the customers can pick from the drop down list when they are submitting an order.

6. How do we let our customers know that certain menu items are not available for the day or the hour?
A menu item will not be displayed in your menu list if you set its status to ‘Inactive’. You can do this under the Menu Management functionality.

7. How do we update our menu?
You can update your menu anytime under the Menu Management functionality. All admin users have access to the Menu Management.

8. How do you process credit card information?
At this time, the restaurants process the customer’s credit card information. 1Fastbite does not process credit card information, but instead decrypts the information for the restaurant so that they can process the transaction. Once the restaurant changed the status of the order to ‘Completed’, 1Fastbite removes the decrypted information from restaurant’s screen. Restaurants must change the status of completed orders to ‘Completed’.

9. What happens to customer orders if the system is down?
If the 1Fastbite system goes down (maybe due to a catastrophe where the server is hosted, or any other reasons), then any orders that has not been submitted to the restaurant will not be submitted. If this happens, we will do our best to notify the restaurants of such events as soon as possible.
